What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a non-exclusive editorial license for this clip package, plus delivery of the master file. Every order includes a Digital License for online and social use worldwide. If you need linear television, add a Broadcast License.
What's the difference between Digital and Broadcast?
Digital covers your owned social accounts and websites or apps — posts, article embeds, and editorial edits (trimming, captions, graphics, voice-over) during a 21-day publication window.
Broadcast is an optional add-on for one named linear TV channel, plus simulcast of that same live feed on your owned website or app. It is for television airings, not a substitute for online or social use.
How long is my license valid?
Digital: 21 days from your license start date to make new publications — new posts, uploads, embeds, or materially re-edited versions. You can publish as often as you like during that window.
Broadcast: Unlimited airings on your named linear channel for the duration of your active Digital License for this clip package. You may also simulcast that same live linear feed on your owned website or app. Broadcast is an add-on for television; online and social use still requires Digital.
Content first published during the Digital window may stay online after day 21. All broadcast use must cease when the window ends. Buy another 21-day Digital + Broadcast license to air again, or use the contact form to inquire about extended or archival rights.
Where can I use these clips?
Digital: On platforms you own or operate: your social accounts, news website, mobile app, and CMS embeds — worldwide.
Broadcast: On the single linear channel you name at purchase, plus simulcast of that live feed on your owned site or app at the same time. Sister stations, syndication, and other channels are not included.
A social clip cut from your TV package still requires a Digital License. Simulcast is the live linear feed only — not on-demand VOD, podcasts, or separate social uploads.
Can I buy Broadcast without Digital?
No. Broadcast is an add-on that requires an active Digital License for the same clip package. You can purchase both in one order, or add Broadcast later — but only while Digital is still active for that material.
Broadcast covers linear TV and simulcast. Any online or social use — including clips from your broadcast — requires Digital.
What happens after my license window ends?
Posts first published during the 21-day Digital window may stay online. You can repost, boost, quote, or share those existing posts without buying again. Catch-up or on-demand versions of broadcast footage published during the window may remain available.
All Broadcast use must cease when the publication window ends — including reruns on your named channel and simulcast. To air on a named channel again, purchase a new 21-day Digital License and Broadcast License whenever you need another airing window. That covers first-time airings, reruns, materially re-edited segments, and use on a different named channel. If you expect to use the footage on air on a regular basis in the future, or want extended archival broadcast rights, get in touch through the contact form to discuss a separate agreement.
You need a new Digital License for a new online publication after the window — such as a fresh post, a first-time upload on another platform, or a materially re-edited version posted online only (for example, a new roundup cut for a YouTube short). Reposting, boosting, or sharing a post first published during the window does not require a new license.
Do I need to credit 3JANE [ TV ]?
Credit is not required when you have paid the applicable license fee. If you choose to credit us, use exactly: 3JANE [ TV ]
Do not imply that your staff filmed the footage or that you exclusively own it.
When does my license start?
For standard checkout, your license starts when payment is received in full. For approved deferred payment terms (such as Net 30), it starts when your master file is delivered or on the date agreed in your account terms — whichever is recorded on your order.
Your 21-day Digital publication window is tied to that start date. Download links in your account are issued separately and expire after seven days.
What uses are not allowed?
Licenses are for editorial news use only — reporting, commentary, and matters of public interest. They do not cover advertising, political campaigns, fictional entertainment, documentaries, or reselling the footage to others.
Watermarked previews on this site are not licensed for publication or broadcast.
How do I download my file?
After checkout (or delivery under approved payment terms), secure download links appear in your customer account under Downloads.
Each link expires after seven (7) days and is capped at ten (10) downloads. Use Get new link in the Downloads section of your customer account if a link expires, or the contact form if you reach the download limit.
What format will I receive?
You receive the master file for this clip package in the format shown in the footage details on this page.

Tear gas, rocks, and molotovs in San Miguel Del Común
Residents of San Miguel Del Común, north of Quito, briefly blocked a highway leading to the international airport on the 28th day of Ecuador's indigenous-led national strike against the neoliberal policies of President Daniel Noboa.
Military and riot police cleared the blockade in the morning, but were met with fierce resistance in the afternoon as they surrounded and attempted to push into the town. Protesters set up barricades and threw rocks, molotov cocktails, and at least one explosive device at the advancing security forces. Police countered with tear gas and flash grenades.
The clashes occurred a day before negotiations between the government and indigenous leaders to end the strike were scheduled to take place in Otavalo, Imbabura province.
