Refund policy

OVERVIEW

3JANE TV sells digital footage licenses and related downloadable content. This Refund Policy describes refunds and cancellations for those purchases. It applies together with our Footage License Terms, which govern your rights to use licensed material. If there is a conflict regarding refunds or payment, this Refund Policy controls. If there is a conflict regarding use of licensed footage, the Footage License Terms control.

DIGITAL FULFILLMENT

When your order is accepted and payment is processed, we fulfill it by providing download access to licensed master files and recording your license(s) in your customer account. Fulfillment typically begins immediately after checkout.

Because delivery is immediate, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Review your cart and license selections before completing checkout.

REFUNDS

Footage license fees are generally non-refundable once download access has been granted or master files have been delivered, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We do not offer returns or exchanges of physical goods.

If you believe an error occurred with your order, contact us through our contact form. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Examples include:

  • Payment was processed but you did not receive download access;
  • The wrong clip or file was delivered;
  • The delivered file is corrupted or unusable;
  • A duplicate charge or other billing error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights regarding digital content, including withdrawal or cancellation rights in some circumstances. Those rights may not apply once digital delivery has begun with your consent, or where otherwise permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
