Before the fourth night of clashes began outside the Federal Courthouse in Portland, Oregon, members of an authoritarian leftist group wandered the crowd calling for the arrest of protesters who were banging on the fence instead of watching their speeches.
Cops declared an unlawful assembly at 1:30am and swept Lownsdale Square, pushing protesters back to SW Salmon and 5th Ave. There were running battles between 5th and 6th Ave for the next hour.
