Concrete blocks were used to reinforce the fence outside the Federal Courthouse building on the third night of riots in Portland, Oregon.
Around 1:00am, a federal Special Response Team (SRT) emerged and pushed the protesters back to SW Salmon and 4th Ave. After holding the intersection for a short period, the SRT retreated back into the building.
