During a march and demonstration organized by student, anti-war and anticapitalist groups against the 70th annual NATO session, black bloc militants attacked the Palais des congrès (Montreal Convention Center) and broke the windows of a CIBC bank branch.
3 people were arrested and two vehicles were lit on fire, according to state media.
